Meet Our DOGS
Every dog has a name, a personality, and a special place on the farm. Our Border Collies are more than working dogs, they’re family. Each one has its own quirks, strengths, and story, from the keen-eyed youngster learning the ropes to the seasoned pro who knows every whistle and signal by heart. Get to know the dogs before you see them in action, it will make your visit even more special.
Our youngest! Rua is in training and very eager to prove himself. Full of motivation and vigour
Our 10-year-old little Lady! She is powerful, independent and committed to working. A stylish and loyal companion.
She is 2 years old, daughter of Sal! She is learning the trade and is delighted to say getting on very well.
Sal is 5 years old. She is our attention seeker! But she does love hard work and is very dedicated. Great fun to have around!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The dogs are clearly well-loved and cared for, and an incredible testament to their training. Michael did an excellent job of explaining the training process and sheep farming to us. The sheep were beautiful and the facilities were clean and easy to find, and it started on time. He happily answered questions of all sorts and was a pleasure to learn from.

Michael was wonderful, educational, and an all around good time for our visit. And here I’m posting months later because I had picked up a pair of wool socks. And now (Jan 2024) it’s blizzarding in my home state of Iowa and these have been the warmest, best socks. Today’s high was -2 °F and 40 mph wind gusts. But in my boots, those socks kept me warm and comfortable.
